Fall in a glass, these bitters are made with pumpkin, pecan*, apple and sweet potato. Bold notes of holiday spice are followed by a bitter finish. 100% alcohol-free, these complex and aromatic bitters add a little celebration to every glass.

- Shaker
- Ice
- Jigger
- Fresh Limes
- Martini glass
- Lime wheel and/or cranberries to garnish (optional)
PEPPERCORN SPRITZ
- Fresh orange juice
- Jigger
- Ice
- Highball glass
- Orange peel and/or pink peppercorns to garnish (optional)
CHERRY MERINGUE
- Shaker
- Jigger
- Ice
- Fresh lemons
- Egg white
- Coupe Glass
- Bay leaf to garnish (optional)

falling slowly recipe
- 1 oz. chai concentrate
- 1.5 oz. tart cherry juice
- .25 oz. pumpkin spice maple syrup
- .5 oz. lemon juice
- A few dashes Holiday Pie bitters*
- 3 oz. pink peppercorn soda, chilled
- Maple leaf or maple candy to garnish
instructions
In a shaker with ice combine chai, cherry juice, maple syrup, lemon juice and bitters*. Shake until outside of shaker is frosty. Strain over ice into a rocks or tumbler glass. Top with chilled soda and stir to combine. Add a few more dashes of bitters and garnish with a maple leaf or a maple candy on a cocktail pick. Cheers!

SPICED CHERRY COSMO

SPiced cherry cosmo
- 2 oz. tart cherry juice
- 1.5 oz. brewed, chilled pumpkin spice tea
- .5 oz chai concentrate
- .25 oz. pumpkin spice maple syrup
- 1 oz. lime juice
- A few dashes Holiday Pie bitters*
- Lime wheel and/or cranberries to garnish
instructions
In a shaker with ice combine cherry juice, pumpkin spice tea, chai, maple syrup, lime juice and bitters*. Shake until outside of shaker is frosty. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel and/or cranberries on a cocktail skewer.


pink peppercorn spritz
- 1.5 oz. tart cherry juice
- 1 oz. fresh orange juice
- A few dashes Holiday Pie bitters*
- 3-4 oz. pink peppercorn soda, chilled
- Orange peel and/or dried pink peppercorns to garnish
instructions
In a highball glass with ice, add cherry juice, orange juice and bitters*. Top with chilled soda and stir to combine. Garnish with an orange peel and/or dried pink peppercorns.
cherry meringue
- 2 oz. tart cherry juice
- 1 oz. brewed, chilled pumpkin spice tea
- .25 oz. pumpkin spice maple syrup
- .1 oz. lemon juice
- A few dashes Holiday Pie bitters*
- 1 egg white
- Bay leaf to garnish
instructions
In a shaker without ice, dry shake (no ice) cherry juice, tea, maple syrup, lemon juice and bitters* for about 30 seconds. Add ice and shake until outside of shaker is frosty. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a bay leaf.
