INTRO TO THE JUNE BOX

- 1/2 oz. strong brewed, chilled tea
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. blackberry sage syrup
- 3-4 oz. chilled Jøyus sparkling wine
- Lemon twist and a fresh blackberry to garnish
- ICE
instructions
In a shaker with ice, shake the first three ingredients for about thirty seconds. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Jøyus sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist and fresh blackberry. Cheers!

Earl grey
blackberry sour
- 2 oz. strong brewed, chilled tea
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. blackberry sage syrup
- 1 egg white (or aquafaba)
- Sage leaf to garnish
- Ice
instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine tea, lemon juice, syrup and egg white. Shake for about 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a sage leaf.

Blackberry sage spritzer tutorial
- Fresh blackberries and sage
- 1 oz. blackberry sage syrup
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- Club soda
- Ice
- Lemon wheel to garnish
instructions
In a tumbler, muddle a few fresh blackberries and sage leaves. Add syrup and lemon juice and stir to combine. Add a handful of ice, and top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Jøyus Sangria recipe
- A few blackberries
- Sliced fresh clementines
- 1 oz clementine juice
- 1/2 oz. blackberry sage syrup
- Chilled Jøyus sparkling wine
- Dried clementines and sage leaf to garnish
- Ice
instructions
In a wine glass or tumbler, add a few blackberries, sliced clementines, clementine juice and syrup. Stir to combine. Add ice and top with Jøyus. Garnish with dried clementine and sage leaf.
