All subscriptions renew automatically. Subscription renewals are billed the first week of the month prior to shipping every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, according to the prepaid subscription term you’ve chosen. If you skip any boxes on a subscription plan, the boxes remaining on your subscription will move to the subsequent months. Your purchased boxes will never expire, and your renewal will not go through until you have received all of your prepaid boxes. Gifts do not auto-renew unless specifically selected to do so. Subscriptions are pre-paid. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to your next renewal. Canceling your subscription only stops the subscription from renewing and any boxes that have already been paid for will still be delivered.
Unless otherwise stated on our website at the time of purchase, all orders placed on or before the 25th of the month will receive the current month's box. Unless otherwise stated on our website at the time of purchase, orders placed after the 25th of the month will receive the following month's box as their first box. Ex: An order placed on January 24th will receive January’s box. An order placed on January 26th will receive February’s box. Occasionally, as stock levels allow, new members may receive a recent box from a previous month as their first shipment so they can get mixing their first batch of zero proof cocktails right away!

Gift orders can be placed in advance by selecting the ship date in the “This is a gift” area of the checkout process. Please note, the date selected is the date when the order will enter our shipping queue
and not the date the order will be delivered.
Gift notes can be included at the time of order placement. If you forget to include one please reach out to us at email@example.com to update your order. Alternatively, you can print or email a digital gift note for your recipient.
STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION
Subscriptions ship out for delivery on or around the 15th of the month. You will receive an email with tracking once your box has shipped. Orders placed after the first week of the month ship on a rolling basis and typically ship within 2 - 3 business days of order placement. Subscriptions ship via USPS Parcel Select Ground, with estimated delivery of 2 - 8 business days*.

We offer $10 flat rate shipping per box within the United States unless otherwise noted on the specific product page. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier tracking website. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to be available on the carrier's website. RTB is not responsible for any shipping delays including lost or damaged packages. In the rare event your order has been lost or damaged during transit please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make it right!
We currently do not ship outside of the United States, to any international forwarding companies, or PO boxes.
Please review each product size chart carefully as all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. In the rare instance the product arrives defective or is damaged during transit please reach out to us at email@example.com for a replacement.
When you order any Raising The Bar merchandise, we custom make one just for you! Each item is made to order and may take between 3-8 business days (or 7 - 10 business days during peak months - November & December) for the merchandise to be processed. Merchandise will be shipped separately from anything else on your order. RTB merchandise is shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Please expect 2 - 8 days for delivery once your order has been processed. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is complete and ready for shipping. Additional processing time and possible shipping delays may be imposed during the busy holiday season.
