Shipping & refund Policies
SUBSCRIPTION MONTHLY TIMING
Subscription orders ship out on or around the 15th of every month. On or around the 5th of the month prior to shipping, you'll get billed for that month’s box (if you're on the month-to-month plan), or once every 3, 6, or 12 months, according to the prepaid subscription option you’ve chosen. If you skip any boxes on a prepaid plan, your remaining boxes will simply move to the following month (your purchased boxes never expire). Your renewal will not go through until you have gone through all of your prepaid boxes. Regular subscriptions renew automatically but can be cancelled whenever you'd like, and you can skip any boxes you'd rather not receive simply by emailing us at email@example.com. Gifts do not auto-renew unless specifically selected to do so.
STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION
Subscription renewals are automatically processed the first week of the month, and you can cancel any time *before your next renewal.* If you cancel AFTER your renewal, you will receive however many boxes to fulfill your renewal.
Monthly subscriptions are shipped out the first week of the month via USPS Parcel Select Ground, with estimated delivery of 2-8 business days. Rolling shipping for orders placed after the 15th is done via USPS Priority Mail. All orders placed on the 25th and before the 25th will get the current month's box. Orders placed after the 25th will receive the following month's box as their first box.

GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS & ORDERS
Gift subscriptions do not automatically renew unless specifically selected to do so.
At this time, we are unable to include gift slips in our boxes. We've created a digital, editable gift card you can update and print/email to your gift recipient in the event your gift is ordered after the cutoff date or is not received in time. STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Your delivery time is estimated from the ‘Ship Date’, not the ‘Order Date’. After your order is received and payment authorized, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have not received a confirmation please ensure it is not in your spam folder. We are not responsible for any shipping delays including lost or damaged packages. Please note we do not ship to any international forwarding companies or PO boxes.

Any delivery date or time specified by RTB is a best estimate only, and RTB will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery due to weather, COVID-19, holidays, etc. When you receive your shipping notification email, it will notify you of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer $8.50 flat rate shipping per box within the United States unless otherwise noted on the specific product. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to where you can track it through the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to be available on the carrier's website.
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
rETurn & exchange policy
Due to the nature of our kits, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges of Raising the Bar Boxes. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We are proud of our low breakage rates and the high-quality products that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which items are damaged during the shipping process and we would be happy to replace them. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if an order has not already been processed for shipping. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and depending on where we are in the production process of your order we will do our best to accommodate. If a canceled order is refunded, the funds will be available on the original payment account according to the terms, conditions, and practices of your banking institution. We can not control how quickly the funds are returned to you once we submit the refund. Refunds are not applicable to promotional events. Please note shipping fees for returns will not be refunded.
